777no Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Pakistani Players

By completing the 777no registration process, clicking "I Agree" during registration, depositing funds into your account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use the 777no platform in any capacity.

This Agreement is entered into between you and 777no as an internationally licensed gaming operator. The Agreement is effective from the date of your account registration and remains in force until your account is permanently closed by either party in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 777no and to participate in any real money gaming or betting activity on the platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 777no reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend any account where verification has not been completed to the platform's satisfaction.

777no primarily serves players based in Pakistan. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of 777no is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence. 777no does not make any representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that your use of the platform is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual player may hold only one active account on 777no. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, per payment method, and per IP address. 777no employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and subject to investigation. Balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777no login credentials, including your username and password. 777no will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any communication channel outside the secure platform interface. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and 777no accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

777no is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification may be initiated at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, when account activity exceeds specified thresholds, or at any other time at 777no's sole discretion. Verification typically requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides)
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC for liveness verification
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g. screenshot of JazzCash account showing your name and number)
• Additional documentation may be requested in circumstances where enhanced due diligence is required

Accounts where KYC verification has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is resolved. 777no processes KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 to 72 hours during normal business operations.

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be updated through the Account Settings section or, where the change cannot be self-serviced, by contacting support at [email protected] with appropriate verification.

777no accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except where USDT TRC20 is selected, in which case applicable conversion rates apply at the time of the transaction.

The following minimum transaction limits apply across all 777no payment methods. Maximum limits may vary by payment method, account verification status, and player tier. Current limit schedules are displayed within the Cashier section of your account:

• Minimum deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa: PKR 100
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): PKR 500
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 (subject to completed KYC)
• Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier and vary by account tier

Withdrawals from your 777no account are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before real money funds can be withdrawn.
3. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as directed by 777no's fraud prevention policies.
4. 777no reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal requests.
5. Processing times are typically within a few hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

777no does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via Pakistani payment methods. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 777no's control. USDT TRC20 transactions may incur network fees payable by the player. 777no is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency transactions.

777no offers a range of promotional bonuses to players, including welcome deposit matches, weekly cashback programmes, game-specific promotions, leaderboard competitions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonus funds are distinct from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement applies — which will be disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms before you opt in.
• During active bonus wagering, maximum bet limits apply per round or per game session. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table games may contribute at reduced percentages or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• 777no reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account shall remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse the 777no bonus system — including but not limited to claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 777no reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to permanently close any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

777no operates its casino games and sports betting markets in accordance with the rules established by its licensed game providers and its own sportsbook trading desk. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical randomisers (shuffled decks, physical roulette wheels, physical dice) monitored by independent observers.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games represent statistical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by 777no's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are locked for that wager.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, manifest error, or technical malfunction affecting bet settlement, 777no reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed indefinitely, or cancelled are settled in accordance with 777no's specific market rules for that sport, which are published within the sportsbook section.
• 777no's decisions on bet settlement are final and binding, subject to a formal dispute resolution process available to all registered players through [email protected].

The following activities constitute prohibited conduct on 777no and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing platform restrictions.
2. Using any automated software, bot, script, AI agent, or mechanical device to interact with 777no games or markets in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
3. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
4. Colluding with other players in live poker, live game shows, or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes to mutual advantage.
5. Using 777no for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 777no is required by its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity to relevant regulatory bodies.
6. Accessing 777no through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or other method of IP masking if done for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or detection systems.
7. Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating any other person.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777no customer support staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
9. Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to 777no's technical systems, databases, or server infrastructure.

All content on the 777no platform — including but not limited to the 777no brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics sourced from licensed providers, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of 777no or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777no platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or republish any 777no content; create derivative works based on 777no content; use the 777no brand or logo in any context without written authorisation; or scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777no's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you into your 777no account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777no is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage of any kind; (b) loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (d) losses arising from technical malfunctions outside 777no's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures affecting connectivity from Pakistan; (e) losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security.

777no is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and is required to provide responsible gaming tools to all players as a condition of its international gaming licence. The following tools are available to all 777no account holders via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into force.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum permitted net losses over a specified time period. These function similarly to deposit limits in their implementation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations and receive in-platform reminders when approaching their set limits.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying current session duration and net session result, available at player-configured intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which deposits and real money play are suspended. Takes effect immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to be excluded from the 777no platform for a minimum period of 6 months, up to and including permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. Upon expiry, a formal reinstatement request is required before account access is restored.

777no reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose any of the above restrictions on any account where staff identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions. In such cases, 777no will notify the affected player and provide information on support resources. Players may direct responsible gaming queries to [email protected] at any time.

You may close your 777no account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

777no reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Discovery that false information was provided during registration.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a restricted person as defined in Clause 3.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Discovery of a duplicate account in violation of the one-account rule.
• Any conduct that 777no reasonably believes poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to the platform.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777no holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and 777no arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players should first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting 777no's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and any relevant account information. 777no will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, players may escalate the dispute to 777no's licensing authority's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, the details of which are available upon request from [email protected].
3. Limitation Period: Any claim against 777no must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which you first became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are barred.

777no reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially alter your rights or obligations under the Agreement — 777no will provide notice of the changes through one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed upon your next login to the 777no platform; an email to your registered email address; or a notice published on the Terms and Conditions page of 777no.bio.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Clause 12. Your continued use of the 777no platform following the notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. The date of the most recent amendment is always displayed at the top of this page as the "Last Updated" date.
